Police log — Denver and East Cocalico

The East Cocalico Police Department reported the following:

CRASH: A vehicle pulled from the stop sign on Indiantown Road at South Line Road at 2:51 p.m. Feb. 3 into the path of another vehicle traveling north on South Line Road. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The driver of the northbound vehicle complained of chest pain and was taken by Ephrata Ambulance.

DUI: Harry J. Regester, 35, Denver, was stopped for erratic driving at 7:08 p.m. Jan. 25 in the first block of West Church Street. He was arrested for suspicion of DUI and taken for a blood test. Blood testing revealed he was under the influence of central nervous system depressants and narcotic analgesics. He was charged with DUI, driving on right side of roadway and drivers required to be licensed.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Joseph Danver, 71, is being cited with disorderly conduct for a disturbance that was reported between neighbors at 2:01 p.m. Feb. 8 at 8 James Drive, East Cocalico Township.

DUI: Wilbur Eugene Moyer, 59, Denver, was stopped for erratic driving at 7:42 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 300 block of Main Street, Denver Borough. He was arrested for suspicion of DUI and taken for a blood test. Test results indicated a blood alcohol concentration of 0.26 percent. Charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance were filed Feb. 9.
