When temperatures dip and cabin fever sets in, it’s time to go adventuring! This winter there is no need to travel away from Lancaster and Lebanon Counties to warm up on a winter day with some adrenaline. Lititz recROC and Iron Valley Tubing are inviting locals to “stay and play” with a new “Winter Adventure Combo Pass” to visit their new attractions.

With the combination visitor pass, guests have the flexibility of both an indoor and outdoor adventure option and can redeem visits to both attractions on the same or different days.

In Lititz, the brand new recROC facility is gaining a following among seasoned and beginning bouldering enthusiasts alike. The state-of-the-art indoor space located on the Rock Lititz campus offers multiple levels of challenge on a 2,000 square foot 3D boulder. Climbers can rent or bring their own chalk and shoes. recROC also features a ninja warrior style obstacle course for obstacle course racing and parkour.

Iron Valley Tubing is entering its third season of family snow tubing. Each winter, the Iron Valley Golf Club transforms its Driving Range into a huge family snow tubing park. With a 133 foot drop over a 900 foot run, tubers will definitely feel the rush while hurtling down the mountain. There is no need to wait for Mother Nature to make her own snow; Iron Valley Tubing has 10 Super PoleCat snowmakers to blanket the hill in the white stuff.

When adventurers are ready for a chow break, both Iron Valley and recROC have dining opportunities on site to make a full day of winter play possible. Both attractions are open weekends as well as evenings during the week, with varying hours, and of course, cooperative winter weather.

Combination visitor passes are available to purchase at Lititz recCenter, recROC, and Iron Valley Tubing locations, or online through ironvalleytubing.com.

For information, guests can contact Lititz recCenter at 717-626-5096, recROC at 717-874-3281, or Iron Valley Tubing at 717-279-7409 or find details on these facility websites and social media pages.
