Spring is just days away! And there is no better place to celebrate than at the Hill Top Inn.
Located right here in your neighborhood, the Hill Top is at 415 E Main Street in Ephrata. It’s the kind of place where everyone feels at home— sports fans to couples, seniors to kids. The friendly “Cheers” atmosphere, great food and drinks keeps you coming back time and time again.
After the long, cold winter, aren’t you hungry for a little springtime at the Hill Top? You know, refreshing salads like Spinach Salad with baked almond brie, cucumbers and dried cranberries, or Pittsburgh Salad of grilled Delmonico on a bed of green lettuce? How about the Thai Noodle Bowl with lots of healthy vegetables and peanut sauce with shrimp, beef tips, chicken or tofu?
The Hill Top Inn is a great spot to get together with friends, take the family out for dinner, grab a quick lunch or have a special dinner for two. The entrees are tasty, and include land and sea specialties, like Broiled Crabcakes, Ahi Tuna Stir Fry, Asian Grilled Beef Tips, Meatloaf with gravy, Marinated Pork Chops and Filet Mignon. For something different, try the Spanish Rice Bowl with sour cream and cilantro, Pork Souvlaki with skewered pork or Thai Coconut Shrimp.
The Hill Top has long been known for its famous burgers like the Hill Top Burger with cheese and green pepper, or the Mush smothered in cheese and mushrooms. There are also wraps like the Blackened Tuna Caesar Wrap and the Greek Gyro with beef and lamb in a pita with Tzatziki sauce.
The Hill Top has been in business for more than 60 years and is now owned by Jon and Hong Tran Speros and family. Now that spring is almost here, you can look forward to dining on the outdoor deck when the weather gets warm in May.
At the Hill Top, you can enjoy many beers, including local microbrews. There is also an expansive Tequila Bar, with 40 different tequilas that are made with 100 percent agave tequila.
