It’s Seafood Season at Gus’s Keystone Restaurant

“Our seafood comes fresh from Philadelphia and Baltimore three to four times a week,” says Gus Kourgelis, who runs the popular restaurant with his wife Eleni, daughters Lemonia (Lem) and Evangelia (Lia), and son-in-law Dino Papazekos.

On any day of the week, you might find fresh haddock, tilapia, swordfish, grouper, mahi-mahi, salmon, wild shrimp, lump or claw crabcakes, salmon cakes, broiled seafood platter much more. Now that it’s oyster season, Gus has excellent oyster stew, oyster pie, fresh hand breaded oysters and all your other oyster favorites.
