Quick action on the part of Kevin Wolf, EMS manager of the Ephrata Community Ambulance Association, helped aid the 86-year-old entrapped victim of a one-car accident in downtown Ephrata Monday afternoon. Wolf said he gained access to the patient through the rear window and was able to hold Manual Cervical Spine Stabilization and communicate with her, while the roof of the car was flapped down by Ephrata Pioneer and Lincoln fire companies.
