Police believe same man robbed two banks Tues.-Wed.

Police believe the man who on Wednesday robbed the Susquehanna Bank just before 11:30 a.m.  on the 1300 block of West Main Street in Ephrata may be the connected to one in Adams County.

Littlestown police Chief Charles Kellar said the man who robbed the PNC Bank at 400 West King Street on Tuesday appears to be the same guy who held up a bank in Ephrata.Two robberies

Police believe the man should be recognizable from the bank’s surveillance video. He was driving a distinctive orange car with a white front bumper and a black driver’s door. The state registration is unknown.

The suspect entered the Susquehanna Bank on the 1300 block of West Main Street and stole an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. The man is described as a white with pale skin.

He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses and gloves.
