From blockbuster summer movies to fresh picked seasonal fare, you’ll love all the flavors of summer at Lily’s and Ephrata Main Theatre.

Lily's Stuffed EggsThere is so much to savor at Lily’s on Main, where you can indulge in Cantaloupe Carpaccio with local melon, crisp prosciutto, cave aged cheddar, lavender and honey, or the jazzed up picnic fare of Lily’s house specialty Deviled Eggs with crab, shrimp, smoked salmon and lobster with remoulade sauce.

It’s all about summer at Lily’s, with Buffalo Turkey Wings served with bleu cheese and crisp celery, or the Baked Flat Bred with crab, cheese, roasted tomatoes and summer vegetables. Salads and lite fare include Warm Spinach Salad with Andouille sausage, roasted tomatoes and goat cheese or the Cuban Pork Sandwich with pork, ham and Swiss cheese, or the BLT Salad with a wedge of Boston lettuce, crisp pork belly bacon, tomato, bleu cheese and a fried egg.

Summery seafood entrees include Grilled Ahi Tuna with grilled watermelon, Greek style quinoa with lemon basil vinaigrette; Fruits de Mar with a celebration of seafood like flounder, crab imperial, lobster, diver sea scallops and shrimp skillet baked in white wine and garlic butter; Fish Tacos with blackened snapper, veggie slaw, salsa and guacamole; and Lily’s famous crab cakes with remoulade sauce. Just the thing for this summer’s blockbuster fish tale at the theatre.

On warm summer days and sultry evenings, you’ll need refreshment. Cool off with a Summer Collins with gin, fresh lavender syrup and lemon. Or a Green Tea Mojito with white rum, organic green tea, fresh lime and mint. Wouldn’t a Strawberry Basil Margarita taste wonderful? Or a non-alcoholic Cucumber Jalapeño Lemonade or Hibiscus Iced Tea? Ahhhhhh.

You can also cool off with a hot summer movie at the Ephrata Main Theatre. Coming soon are “Independence Day: Resurgence” and the eagerly awaited “Finding Dory.”
