Amanda P. Martin, 22, worked at Henry Schein, will be remembered for loving personality

Amanda P. Martin, 22, of Stevens, was born on Sept. 6, 1994, and passed away on Monday, Aug. 7, 2017.

She is survived by her son: Anthony Young; mother: Angel Martin; and stepfather: Ray Latshaw; father: Matthew Martin; sister: Ashlei Martin; niece: Adriana Cozzone; and stepsiblings: Brittany and Hunter Latshaw.

Also surviving are her maternal grandmother: Connie Getz; maternal grandfather: Douglas Krimes; paternal grandfather: Frank Klopp; paternal great-grandmother: Jean Lineweaver; paternal great-grandmother: Helen Martin; uncles: Douglas Krimes, Colby Randall, Daniel Hershey; and aunt: Misty Oberholtzer; as well as numerous great aunts, great uncles, and cousins.

Amanda was preceded in death by her maternal aunt: Brandi Sue Krimes; maternal uncle: Michael Hurst; maternal grandmother: Sherry Keith; great-grandmother: Eleanor Puskar; maternal great-grandfather: Thomas Puskar; paternal grandmother: Faye Beever; and paternal great-grandfather: Alfred Martin.

Amanda attended Cocalico School District, worked at Henry Schein, and attended BTI. Amanda was involved with her son and family and was a joy to have around.

Although, she struggled for a short time with addiction, which unfortunately took her life, she is remembered for so much more. Amanda will always be remembered for her loving personality, laughter, and silly ways. The memory of Amanda will always remain and never be forgotten by everyone she’s touched in her short life.

A funeral was held Aug. 14 at Paul L. Gravenor Home for Funerals, Ephrata. Interment will be held at a later date.
