Aneissa D. Ward, 36, Holtwood, mother of four, worked for Lancaster Rec Center

Aneissa D. Ward, 36, of Holtwood, passed away Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, at her residence.

She was born in Lancaster to Skip and Deborah (Watts) Lefley, of Ephrata; and was the wife of Timothy S. Ward.

Aneissa was a 1998 graduate of Conestoga Valley High School, worked for the Lancaster Rec Center at McCaskey High School in the daycare center, enjoyed reading and spending time with her children.

In addition to her parents and husband, Aneissa is survived by four children: Kailey, Julia, Emilie and Kimberly Ward; a brother: Anthony Lefley of Ephrata; her father and mother-in-law: Terry and Beverly Ward of Holtwood; maternal grandmother: Betty Watts of Manheim; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, Dec. 23, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata, followed by a gathering to celebrate Aneissa’s life, at 2 p.m. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions in Aneissa’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603.
