Bee Vang, 49, Tyson Foods worker, Hmong Alliance Church deacon, gardener

Bee Vang, 49, Leola, died at home Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017.

Born in Vientiane, Laos, she worked for Tyson Foods, New Holland, for 28 years. A member of Hmong Alliance Church, Leola, she was a deacon and active in the woman’s alliance. Bee cherished her family and enjoyed vegetable gardening.

Surviving: her husband of 31 years: Chong Fong Lor; parents: Chue Kao Vang and Yang Moua, Eau Claire, Wisc.; children: Christina Graybill, Julie Lor, George Lor, Ia Lor, Ong Lor, Mai Chong Tellado, and Lennen Lor; grandchildren: Anthony, Vincent, Serena, Ariel, January, David, and Azlynn; sisters: Pa Nhia, Chao, Kia, and Blia; and brothers: Shong Pao, Leng, and True.

A viewing will be held from Good Funeral Home, 34-38 N. Reamstown Road, Reamstown, on Thursday, Dec. 21, from 5 to 8 p.m., and Friday, Dec. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon, and 5 to 8 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday after a one-hour viewing. The Rev. Chue Dao Yang is officiating. Burial will follow in Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery, East Earl.
