Betty M. Good, 92, cafeteria worker, assisted at Good’s Store, singer, piano player
Born in Reamstown, a daughter of J. C. and Cora Mae (Adams) Reddig, her husband, Clifford H. Good, died May 20, 1988.
Betty was a 1940 E. Cocalico Vocational School graduate. She was a member of Faith United Lutheran Church, Denver, and a former member of Salem Lutheran Church, Reamstown, where she sang in the choir. Betty was a cafeteria worker at Adamstown Elementary School and assisted her husband at Good’s Store, Reamstown, and their bus trips. She loved playing piano and pinochle with the card club.
Surviving are her daughter: Marilyn A. (Edgar R.) Sweigart, Stevens; son: Douglas C. (Wendy Long) Good, Ephrata; grandchildren: Steven (Carol) Good, Shawn (Maria) Good, Kelly and Karen Good; and great-grandchildren: Ashton and Amelia Sweigart.
Siblings, Ruth Uibel and Paul Reddig, predeceased her.
Services were held June 17 from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown. She was interred in Muddy Creek Cemetery.
