Clara E. Cochran, 71, co-owned Star dealership, kind, generous, wonderful sense of humor

Clara E. Cochran, 71, of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

She was born in Lancaster to the late John and Betty Andreadis, and was the wife of Burnell I. Cochran, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage.

Clara was kind, loving, generous, and she sincerely cared about people. She also had a wonderful sense of humor.

She was a co-owner/operator of Star Chevrolet Oldsmobile.

In addition to her husband, Clara is survived by a son: Burnie Cochran, and his companion, Shelby Steyr; and a sister: Mary Consylman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Jim and George Andreadis.

Services were held Jan. 5 at Stradling Funeral Home, Akron, with Father Hector Firoglanis officiating. Interment will be private.
