David K. Weinhold, 64, Lititz, worked for Weaver Industries, enjoyed going to casinos

David K. Weinhold, of Lititz, passed away at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, Wednesday morning, July 29, 2015 at age 64.

David was born in Brecknock Township, son of the late Bertha Weinhold and Clarence Weinhold Sr. He will be missed by his wife of 44 years: Martha (Sweigart) Weinhold.

He was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church in Rothsville. David worked for Weaver Industries in Denver, for 35 years as a shipping and receiving clerk and most recently made his living buying and selling small animals at farms and auctions. He enjoyed auto racing and going to casinos.

In addition to his wife, Martha; David is survived by one son: Eric D. Weinhold of Lititz; one brother: C.J. Weinhold Jr., husband of Marian, of Reamstown; seven sisters: Alta Hoshour of Bowmansville; Hazel, wife of Wesley Sweigart, of Denver; Shirley, wife of Ernest Dunkelberger, of Ephrata; Janie, wife of David Buchter, of Stevens; Bertha, wife of Claude Adair, of Stevens; Helen, wife of Harold Shaak, of Adamstown; and Agnes, wife of Stephen Thomas, of Ephrata; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services were held Aug 3 at Paul L. Gravenor Home for Funerals Ephrata, with Rev. Robert Matthias officiating. He was interred in Jerusalem Lutheran Church Cemetery in Rothsville.
