DeLoros Stephens, 83, homemaker
DeLoros R. Stephens, 83, formerly of Philadelphia and Jacksonville, Fla., passed away on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011 at Kindred Rehabilitation and Health Services, Reading.
Born in Clinton, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Ina Van Auken and was the wife of the late Harry E. Stephens, who passed away in 1990.
A homemaker, she enjoyed needlecraft and was involved with the Boy Scouts in her earlier years.
DeLoros is survived by her son: Edward H., husband of Lisa (Kylie) Stephens, of North Wales; two daughters: June V., wife of Frank Dombrowski, of Philadelphia; and Debra E., wife of Joseph Holzwarth, of Denver; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and brother: Lloyd (Bud), husband of Shirley Van Auken, of Denver, Colo.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister: Helen Bowers.
A memorial service was held at Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, Denver, on Dec. 18, with Rev. Matthew J. Lenahan officiating.
