Franja F. ‘Frank’ Voler, 86, Yugoslavian immigrant, Sperry engineer, enjoyed classical music

Franja F. “Frank” Voler, 86, of Denver, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Denver Health and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Yugoslavia to the late Franja and Olga (Bastic) Voler, and was the husband of Vera (Dukic) Voler, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage.

He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Frank worked as a mechanical engineer for Sperry New Holland where he was awarded many patents for his work. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather; who enjoyed classical music, and reading. He immigrated to New Holland in 1969 from Yugoslavia and became a proud citizen in 1974.

In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by two sons: Frank Voler of Charlotte, N.C.; John, husband of Melissa Voler, of Reinholds; and five granddaughters: Lauren, Isabelle, Rebecca, Olivia, and Kathryn.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Kindly omit flowers.
