Hazel V. McCoy, 86, formerly of Denver, died March 5, 2016, in Ephrata Manor.

Born in East Cocalico Township, a daughter of the late Elwood and Jennie (Johnson) Sensenig; her husband, Clarence M. “Bud” McCoy, died Jan. 29, 1997.

She was a homemaker and member of the Reinholds VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Surviving are her daughter: Jean L. (Roy A.) Sweigert, Denver; son: Allen C. McCoy, Grantville; granddaughters: Sabrina Flickinger, Kristina L. Sweigert, and Jolene Greeninger; and great-grandchildren: Erika Sweigert, Stephen V. Sweigert, and Sarah Flickinger.

Hazel was the last of 12 children.

Services were held March 10 at Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with the Rev. Sandra Gideon officiating. She was interred in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
