Jerry L. Rottmund, 75, Denver, Army vet, Moyer worker

Jerry L. Rottmund, 75, of Denver, formerly of Akron and Ephrata, passed away at Denver Nursing Home on Friday, March 11, 2016.

Born in Lancaster, Jerry was a son of the late Herman P. and C. Esther (Spotts) Rottmund. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Ephrata and had worked at the former W.W. Moyer Co., and Lancaster Leaf Tobacco Co. Jerry was a U.S. Army Veteran.

He is survived by one brother: Herman N. Rottmund, husband of Grace N. (Witmer) Rottmund, of Winter Haven, Fla.

Services were held March 14 at Paul L. Gravenor Home for Funerals, Ephrata, with the Rev. Henry E. Herbener officiating. He was interred in Middle Creek Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Lititz.
