Larry T. Wise, 71, USAF vet, truck driver, enjoyed trips to OCMD, shooting pool

Larry T. Wise, 71, a resident of Colonial Lodge, Denver, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late John R. and Kathryn E. Kimmich Wise.

Larry had been a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time in Ocean City, MD, hanging out at the New Holland Legion, drinking Pepsi, and watching TV. He was an avid Phillies fan and enjoyed shooting pool. Larry was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force and served from 1968 to 1972.

Surviving is a daughter: Carmen, wife of Scott Weibel of Silver Spring; two sons: Douglas and Kenneth Wise; two granddaughters: Kylie and Savannah; and two brothers: Raymond and Scott Wise.

Services and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
