Leon E. ‘Yogi’ Bair, 71, Americal Amusements tech, family meant everything to him

Leon E. “Yogi” Bair, 71, of Denver passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

He was born in Bremerton, Wash., to the late Leon and Elaine (Bowman) Bair, and was the husband of Carlene “Dolly” (Kreiser) Bair, with whom he celebrated 52 years of marriage in January.

Leon was a member of Grace Point Church of the Nazarene. His family meant everything to him, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a service technician with Americal Amusements.

In addition to his wife, Leon is survived by three children: Carol, wife of Douglas Moser; Ronald, husband of Shilo Bair; Donna, wife of Darron Farmer; and seven grandchildren: Spencer, Randall and Bethany Moser, Tyler and Zachary Rissler; Anna and Thomas Farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Robin and Richard.

Services were held June 4 at Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, Ephrata, with Pastor Rocky Hambrick officiating. Interment was held at the Fairview Cemetery, Annex.
