Nancy L. (Lamm) Kinden, 70, Ephrata, Heritage Custom Kitchens retiree, had passion for photography

Nancy L. (Lamm) Kinden, 70, of Ephrata, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016, at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy.

She was the wife of Wallace D. “Skip” Kinden, with whom she shared 30 years of marriage. Born in Robesonia, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Catherine (Risser) Lamm.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Denver. She retired from Heritage Custom Kitchens, New Holland, having previously worked for Textile Machine Works. She loved traveling by RV and making friends all across the country; she had a passion for photography and took many pictures of her travels. She also loved gardening and flowers.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three aunts: Helen Risser, Myerstown; Sarah Dickenson, Wernersville; and Mildred Werner, Avon, Ohio; and four cousins: Joanann Hackman, Wernersville; Carol Sherwin, Waite Hill, Ohio; Bruce Werner, Rochester, N.Y.; and Dolly Faup, Lakewood, Ohio.

Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 6, at Lamm and Witman Funeral Home, 243 W. Penn Ave., Wernersville, with her pastor, the Rev. David Brumbaugh, officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Heidelberg Cemetery.
