Thomas W. Gross, 65, Stevens, Navy vet, worked for East Coast Yacht Cruises, golfer

Thomas W. Gross, 65, of Stevens, formerly of Queens, N.Y., passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital, surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born in the Bronx to the late Bernard and Loretta (Noonan) Gross, and was the husband of Wendy (Stratton) Gross.

He was a member of Williamson No. 309 Masonic Lodge, served his country in the Navy and enjoyed going golfing with his daughter. Thomas was self-employed and worked for East Coast Yacht Cruises.

In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by a daughter: Jennifer E. Gross of Ardmore; his aunt: Grace Lang of Connecticut; cousins; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother: Michael Gross.

Services were held Feb. 27 at Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church, East Earl, with the Revs. Dr. Krisana Poontajak and Lawrence Moir officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
