Troy Allen Weinhold, 50, born in Ephrata, worked at Morgan Corp., enjoyed crabbing, gardening

Troy Allen Weinhold, 50, of Mohnton, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, at home.

He was born in Ephrata to the late Paul H. and Marguerite “Mickey” (Althouse) Weinhold.

Troy was a 1983 graduate of Gov. Mifflin High School. He previously worked for Morgan Corp., Denver. Troy enjoyed gardening, tinkering with cars, hunting, and crabbing at the seashore.

Troy is survived by four siblings: Linda J., wife of Howard Ream, of Newmanstown; Thomas P., husband of Bonnie (Youndt) Weinhold, of Gambrills, Md.; Brenda M., wife of Kenneth Baur, of Mohnton; and Jerry D., husband of Jayne (Kline) Weinhold, of Birdsboro; six nephews; five nieces; several great-nephews and nieces; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, Dec. 2, from 1 to 2 p.m., at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m., with Troy’s nephew, Pastor David Weinhold, officiating. Interment will take place in the Allegheny Union Church Cemetery, Alleghenyville.
