Virginia E. ‘Ginny’ Kuhn, 78, ColeBrook Terry worker, enjoyed woodcarving and wildlife
Virginia Elaine “Ginny” Kuhn, 78, of Ephrata, passed away, Monday, Feb. 6, 2017, at Ephrata Community Hospital.
Born in Akron, Ginny was the daughter of the late Claude and Pearl (Hicks) Smith. She was the wife of the late Edward E. Kuhn, who died in 2015.
Ginny worked at ColeBrook Terry Manufacturing in Brownstown. She had a passion for painting, drawing, and woodcarving. Ginny was happiest while traveling, or simply sitting outside watching the wildlife. But more than anything, she loved her family.
Ginny is survived by her son: Kevin, married to Tammany Hoover; granddaughters: Dawn Kurtz, wife of Jon; and Raquel Rios; and great-granddaughter: Julia.
She was preceded in death by siblings: George Smith, Robert Smith, Lois Kline, and Doris Mease.
Per Ginny’s request, services will be private.
Memorial contributions in Ginny’s name may be made to The Groves, 103 W. Main St., Ephrata, PA 17522. Her family is thankful for the love and support they provided to her.
