William ‘Bill’ A. Clouser II, 33, worked at U.S. Pipe, enjoyed sprint car racing, the outdoors

William “Bill” A. Clouser II, 33, of Ephrata, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.

He was born in Harrisburg to Vivian (Browning) Moore and the late William A. Clouser, and was the husband of Shelby Brianne (Simon) Clouser, with whom he shared 12 years of marriage.

Bill was a welder and fabricator, and had recently started working at U.S. Pipe. He enjoyed remote control cars, dirt bikes, four wheelers, and just being outdoors. He especially enjoyed sprint car racing.

In addition to his wife and mother, Bill is survived by three sons: Landon, Lucas, and Liam Clouser, all at home; a brother: Corey Moore; and three sisters: Danielle Moore, Alisha Clouser, and Chantel Clouser.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
