Martins married 60 years

Harold and Twila Martin, of Stevens, will soon celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married Oct. 29, 1955.

Harold was employed as a mechanic in the garment industry for 30 years. He was also employed part-time by Ace Hardware. He enjoys playing games with his grandchildren, Southern gospel music, and reading. Harold served on the ministry team at Green Terrace Mennonite Church, Wernersville.

Twila enjoys baking chocolate chip cookies for her grandchildren and family, playing word games, and doing crossword puzzles. The couple values times spent with family.

The Martins are the parents of Kenneth H., husband of Rita Martin, Ephrata; Dawn M., wife of Donald Martin, Denver; Keith A., husband of Deb Martin, Denver; and Duane L, husband of Caila Martin, Bethel. They have seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, including twin girls.

The couple celebrated their anniversary with their children and grandchildren.
