Review columnist weds

Kerilee Nickles and James Brown were wed on July 27, 2019 at Riverdale Manor in Lancaster.

They met while both working as teachers in the United Arab Emirates, and have since lived in Taiwan, and now live in Lilongwe, Malawi. Kerilee’s uncle, Dan Elliott, performed the ceremony.

Keri is a native of Lancaster County and graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 2007. She is the daughter of Bruce and Becky Nickles of Akron.

James was born and grew up in Durban, South Africa. He is the son of Mike and Wendy Brown of Durban.

In Lilongwe, James works as an English teacher at Bishop Mackenzie International School, and Keri works as a freelance writer. Her efforts include “The Traveling Wit,” a column about her adventures that runs regularly in The Ephrata Review.
