By on August 21, 2019

Ken and Sandy (Wiest) Sensenig celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 15.

Currently residing in New Holland, Ken and Sandy lived in Ephrata for the majority of their lives. The couple met at Ephrata High School, and were married at Ephrata Church of the Brethren.

Ken owned and operated Sensenig’s Feed Mill until he retired in the mid-2000s. Sandy was an amazing domestic engineer and was always a great support to her husband. They devoted much of their time and energy volunteering and serving behind the scenes, often wanting to remain anonymous.

They are the loving parents of Mike (Nancy), Scott (Carolyn), and Karl. They have five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren (and counting). Ken and Sandy have always enjoyed investing time with their family and friends. They enjoy playing cards and games, spending time at their farm, traveling near and far, and watching their children/grandchildren/great-grandchildren’s activities.

Ken and Sandy celebrated their anniversary with their family enjoying a lovely celebratory meal together. Their family wishes to thank them for setting the example of a loving and giving, lifelong marriage.

Congratulations, you two love birds. We love you!
