“We wanted to have a house beer that was representative of our area. Not only does it taste great, the name has a great flow to it.”

For dining, Chef Dodson puts the accent on fresh and flavorful creations for lunch, dinner or appetizers. The casual menu features everything from their Iron Valley wings, baked to order pretzel logs with Guinness mustard, stone fired pizza, stromboli, chicken cranberry salad, chicken Marsala, filet mignon with port wine reduction, their popular crab cakes and Miner’s scallops.Located off Route 322, heading west to Cornwall, Iron Valley and Miner’s Pub are named for the historical iron works dating back to the late 1700s.
