Ephrata Police say charges are pending

Ephrata Police will schedule a second press conference concerning the murder of Monica Lee Miller, 44, a Cocalico High School graduate who was gunned down Wednesday morning in an apartment complex where she lived on the 500 block of East Main Street near down town Ephrata.

Randall Scott Shreiner surrendered to Pennsylvania State Police before 2 a.m. in the Southern part of Lancaster County without incident. Shreiner was transported to the custody of the Ephrata

Police Department.

Officials said said “Mr. Shreiner is currently in the custody of the Ephrata Police Department pending the completion of criminal charges.”

 

The specific time and location of the press conference is forthcoming.
