Inaugural Ephrata Brewfest set for summer

UntitledEphrata’s first craft brew festival is set for Saturday, June 25.

Organizers are excited to roll out this community beer event, which has been in the works for several years.

Details are almost complete for the event that has invited local breweries and food vendors to Whistle Stop Plaza, 16 E. Main St.

Lancaster Brewing Company, Black Forest Brewery and Cox Brewing Company are among the participating companies.

The event will also feature live music and entertainment, according to event organizers at the Ephrata Public Library.

General Admission tickets are $32.64, and admission includes a sampling mug. You must be 21 years of age to enter, and IDs will be required at the gate.

There are also a limited number of designated driver admission tickets for $11.54.
