There were no school delays to speak of though many roads appeared still covered beyond 8:30 a.m. &tstr; including sections of Route 322.

Ephrata Area School District Superintendent Brian Troop said it is always a tricky call on gauging snow fall but that student safety is always paramount.

“Student safety is always a top priority,” Troop said. “The Administration at Ephrata takes road conditions and multiple weather forecasts into consideration with each weather situation and bases our decision on being able to transport all students to and from school safely.”
