Winter’s fury continues…

While most Lancaster County school districts were closed for the second day this week, some of the northern districts opened Wednesday – including Ephrata, Cocalico, Conestoga Valley and Garden Spot. Ephrata has tacked on four make-up days due to cancellations from snow and cold and now has its last school day tentatively set for Monday, June 9. With winter only about a month old, local superintendents may also need to wrestle with decisions regarding high school graduation dates if more snow days are needed.
