Alexis E. Howe, 19, Ephrata native, Sunoco cashier, loved to draw, one-of-a-kind person

Alexis E. Howe, 19, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016.

She was born in Ephrata to Ben, husband of Megan Howe; and Jessica, wife of Jeri Boyer.

Alexis loved to draw, and listen to music. She enjoyed being goofy, and was a one-of-a-kind unique person. Alexis worked as a cashier for the Sunoco/Speedway Gas Station.

In addition to her parents, Alexis is survived by maternal grandfather: Robert Beck of Ephrata; maternal grandmother: Helen Unangst of Ephrata; maternal grandmother: Regina, wife of James Boyer of Lancaster; and five siblings: Matthew, Darren, and Nevai Howe; Kyrielle and Audric Wieand; all at home.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents: William and Dolores Howe.

A viewing will be held Thursday, Feb. 4, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Terry Redcay officiating. Interment will take place in the Mellingers Cemetery.
