Alma G. Summers, 95, Ephrata native, worked at Cinderella Knitting Mill, enjoyed dancing, sewing

Alma G. Summers, 95, died Aug. 10, 2015, at Luther Acres, Lititz.

Born in Ephrata, a daughter of the late Isaac B. and Gertie M. (Frecht) Wingenroth, her husband, Clarence M. Summers, died Dec. 12, 2006.

Alma was a member of Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church, Reamstown. She enjoyed sewing, dancing, flower gardening, bird watching, and cherished her family. She had worked at Cox’s Drug Store, Cinderella Knitting Mill, and C&B Trimming.

Surviving is a daughter: Barb A. Summers, Ephrata; son, Dale E. (Ruth M. Graziani) Summers Sr., Stevens; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; a brother: Clyde Wingenroth, Ephrata; and sister: Patsy (Nevin R.) McQuate, Denver.

Services were held Aug. 14 at Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with the Rev. Stephen E. Hollinger officiating. Interment followed in Muddy Creek Cemetery, Swartzville.
