Celesta Gettle, 86, Denver, worked at Cinderella, Moyers, enjoyed yard work, fishing

Celesta Gettle, 86, of Denver, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, at Maple Farm.
She was born in Schoeneck to the late John and Minnie (Getz) Goshert and was the wife of the late Kenneth H. Gettle who passed away in 2008. They were married June 4, 1949.
During her early years, Celesta worked at Cinderella Knitting Mills and Walter W. Moyer. She enjoyed fishing, yard work, flower gardening, and playing cards.
Celesta is survived by a son: John K., husband of Deborah (Gerhart) Gettle, of Reinholds; a daughter: Ann, wife of Scott Shoup, of Lincoln, Del.; two grandchildren: Matt Shoup of Lewes, Del.; Janelle Coller of Chalfont; two great-grandchildren: Morgan and Tristan Coller; and a brother: Clyde Goshert of Denver.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. The family would like to thank the staff at Maple Farm for their excellent care of Celesta.
