Richard Rutherford, 65, of Newmanstown, formerly of Manheim, passed away June 25. Richard worked in management at the former Mi-Jan Fabrics Inc., in Denver for more than 20 years. Richard had a love for cars and was very knowledgeable about all of them. His love of cars led him to starting his children’s racing careers in 1986, a sport still in their lives today.
