Donald L. Anderson, 68, Vietnam vet, painter, auto body repairman, coin, baseball card collector
Donald L. Anderson, 68, of Ephrata, passed away March 25, 2017 in Lebanon.
Donald was born in Stevens to Stanley S. Anderson and Arlene (Mohler) Anderson on Sept. 13, 1948.
He worked variously as a painter, auto body man, and a jack of all trades. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the U.S. Navy. Donnie was a life member of the both the AmVets and the VFW. He was an avid coin and baseball card collector.
Preceding Donald in death were his parents; and a brother: Melvin Anderson.
Surviving Donald are three sons: Michael Anderson Briggs; Donald L. Anderson II, husband of Sara (Clement), of Mohnton; Denton L. Anderson, husband of Angelique (Zander), Denver; and a daughter: Desiree L. Anderson of Denver; six granddaughters; and 10 siblings: Stanley, husband of Sue, of York; Howard, husband of Peggy, of Akron; E. Bruce of Adamstown; David of Montana; Lillian, wife of Leonard Hoover, of Denver; Verna, wife of Richard Kachel, of Reinholds; Gloria, wife of John Eitnier, of Ephrata; Evelyn, wife of James Trostle, of Stevens; Jeanette Trostle of Wyoming; and Doris, wife of Ron Rhoads, of Annville.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
