Doris Burch

88, Ephrata, formerly worked at Prudential, married 60 years
Doris Burch, 88, loving mother and grandmother, passed away on Friday evening, Feb. 2, 2018, at Arden Courts, Allentown, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Doris was born in West Orange, N.J., on Feb. 8, 1929 to the late Anna Albina (Schwartz) and Leland Todd.
After high school graduation, Doris worked at Prudential in Newark, N.J. After many years in Livingston, N.J., Doris and her late husband, Ken moved to Ephrata in 1986.
Doris was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Ken.
She is survived by her daughters: Linda Harlan (Timothy) of Citra, Fla.; and Janice Trocino (Gary) of Livingston, N.J.; and a granddaughter: Isabella Trocino of Livingston, N.J.
A graveside service was held at Memory Gardens, Ephrata, on Feb. 7.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 617 Main St., Hellertown, PA 18055; or the Dachshund Rescue of Bucks County, 181 Gilbert Drive, Morrisville, PA 19067.
