Helen P. Getz Barto, 96, retired from the garment industry, Ephrata Golden Years Club member
Helen P. Getz Barto, 96, of Lititz, and formerly of Ephrata, passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2017, at the Gardens at Lititz Nursing Home.
Helen was born in Clay Township, daughter of the late Aaron and Lizzie (Kline) Burkholder. She was preceded in death by her husbands: Edwin Getz and Harvey Barto.
Surviving are two sons: Lester E. Getz (Judy) of Lititz and Kenneth E. Getz (Fay) of Lancaster; and numerous grand-, great-, and great-great-grandchildren.
Helen was a retired garment industry worker and member of Crossroads Community Fellowship in Lititz. She was a former member of the Lititz Senior Center and Ephrata Golden Years Club.
Services were held Feb. 10 at Gravenor Home for Funerals, Ephrata. She was interred in Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster.
