Jesse J. Mann, 40, self-employed contractor, loved riding motorcycle, time with family

Jesse J. Mann, 40, Dover, died at home on May 13, 2017, from the disease of addiction.
Born in Woodstock, Va., he was a son of Peggy A. Leid, Denver, and the late Ward Winfred Moomaw.
Jesse was a self-employed contractor, loved riding motorcycle and family times.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, is his daughter: Phaedra M. Mann, York; companion: Sherry Winslow, Dover; sisters: Roberta Mann, Ephrata; Michelle Steinmetz, Denver; and Sylvia Nagle, East Berlin; and brothers: Jeffrey Leid Sr., Ephrata; and Ward Winfred Moomaw Jr., Moorefield, W.Va.
A visitation will held Friday, May 19, from 6 to 7 p.m., with a memorial service at 7 p.m., at Muddy Creek Lutheran Church, 11 S. Muddy Creek Road, Denver. Further services in York County will be announced at a later date.
