Linda Jean Kopp, 62, Denver, worked at Parkside Manor, liked cards, country music

Linda Jean Kopp, 62, of Denver, passed away Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, at Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

She was born in Ephrata to the late Delmas and Norma J. (Hollinger) Zimmerman and was the wife of Dennis Kopp, with whom she shared 41 years of marriage.

Linda enjoyed playing cards, country music, and dining out. In the early years, Linda worked part-time at the Parkside Manor in Reamstown, and she also did private babysitting at her home.

In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by a son: Kevin M. Kopp of Denver; and a brother: Ronald P. Wechter of Stevens.

A viewing will be held Thursday, Jan. 22, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver, where funeral services will follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Jahn Horgen officiating. Interment will take place in the Brunnerville United Methodist Cemetery.
