Lucille Mary Good, 88, homemaker, mother of eight, had 109 great-grandchildren
Lucille Mary Good, 88, of Richland, formerly of Reinholds, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, after a lengthy illness, at Richland Christian Home.
Born in Myerstown, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Fannie (Lehman) Gingrich. She was married 66 years on Jan. 14 to Clarence H. Good.
Lucille was a homemaker and a member of Churchtown Mennonite Church, Weaverland Conference.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are eight children: Howard, married to Erma (Nolt) Good, of Narvon; Elaine, married to Richard Sauder, of Reinholds; Vernon, married to Sarah (Martin) Good, of East Earl; James, married to Alma (Oberholtzer) Good, of Narvon; John, married to Linda (Martin) Good, of East Earl; Curvin, married to Mary (Martin) Good, of Narvon; Wilmer, married to Virginia (Musser) Good, of Newmanstown; and Thelma, married to Paul Hurst, of East Earl; 47 grandchildren; 109 great-grandchildren; a sister: Anna, widow of the late Aaron Weaver, of Pittsgrove, N.J.; and a brother: David, married to Lizzie Gingrich, of Lititz.
Preceding her in death are two infant grandsons; and four brothers: Ivan, Harvey, Paul, and an infant John Gingrich.
Services were held Nov. 7 at Churchtown Mennonite Church, with the Bishop Leon S. Zimmerman, Marlin Zimmerman, Amos K. Martin, and Marlin Lauver officiating. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery.
