Margaret A. McCabe, 75, Springfield School District bus driver, avid pet lover

Margaret A. McCabe, 75, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully at Fair Acres in Media on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016.

She was born in Upper Darby to the late Bernard and Anne Goldberg. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, James.

Margaret graduated from Upper Darby High School and was an avid pet lover. She drove a school bus for Springfield School District for more than 30 years.

She is survived by her children: Jill McPartland, James R. McCabe (Pamela), Shirley McCabe, Rose Marie McCabe; and five grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters: Arleen Adamcy (Ted) and Marilyn Yavanian (John); as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services were held Dec. 10 at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church, Ephrata. Burial will be private.
