Teresa E. Kelly, 87, of Denver, passed away Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.

She was married 52 years to the late Thomas J. Kelly, who passed away in 1998.

Born in Philadelphia, Teresa was a daughter of the late Julius A. and Mary (Kelly) Renner.

She worked as a cashier at Acme Markets in Philadelphia before retiring and moving to Denver.

Teresa was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in Ephrata.

She is survived by her children: Carolyn Michniewicz (David) of Denver, Thomas J. Kelly (Kelly Anne) of West Chester, Michael P. Kelly (Anita) of Denver and Maureen Rogers (Jeffrey) of Pottstown; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by a sister: Grace Opiela and a sister-in-law: Pearl Perri.

In addition to her husband and parents, Teresa was preceded in death by one grandson: John; two brothers: Thomas and James Renner and a sister: Mary (Renner) Ebersole.

Friends will be received at Paul L. Gravenor Home for Funerals, 100 West Main St. at Church St., Ephrata, on Jan. 15 from 7 from 9 p.m. (Christian Prayer Service at 8 p.m.) and Jan. 16 from 10 to 10:45 a.m.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church, 320 Church Ave. Ephrata, Jan. 16 at 11 a.m. followed by final commendation and farewell at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Ephrata.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
