Tina M. Mollenkopf, 40, Ephrata, mother of two, had a bubbly personality and kind heart

Tina M. Mollenkopf, 40, of Ephrata passed away Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at her home.

She was born in Ephrata to Kathy DeLong, wife of Richard DeLong, of Reamstown; and David Mollenkopf, husband of Tammy Mollenkopf, of Bradford County.

Tina’s life revolved around her two children. She had a passion for music and spending time with her children. Tina enjoyed hanging out with friends, going for walks in the city, talking on the phone, and also spending time with family. She was loved by many friends and family with her outgoing, bubbly personality. She had such a kind heart and showed genuine care and concern for many.

In addition to her parents, Tina is survived by two children: Morgan Mollenkopf of Ephrata, and Jayden McLaughlin of Harrisburg; grandparents: Sandy and Harry Mollenkopf of Bradford County; one sister: Joey Mollenkopf of Clearfield; two nieces: Jordan Hagy of Sinking Spring, and Paige Mollenkopf of Clearfield; and “adopted” son Tyler Leh of Lancaster.

A gathering to celebrate Tina’s life will be held Thursday, Aug. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata. All family and friends are welcomed.

Memorial contributions in Tina’s memory may be made to the Retreat at Lancaster County, 1170 S. State St., Ephrata, PA 17522 to help save the lives of other addicts suffering with the disease of addiction.
