Virginia Ebling, 99, beloved mother and grandmother

Virginia Ebling, 99, Ephrata, formerly of Reinholds, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016, at Fairmount Homes.

She was born in Schoeneck to the late Stephen and Katie (Harding) Wenrich and was the wife of the late Melvin R. Ebling, who passed away in 1991.

Virginia is survived by two daughters: Marianne, wife of Emerson Strickler, of Sinking Spring; and Carol L., wife of Sam W. Fritz, of Bowmansville; three grandchildren: Tony Strickler, Matthew Ebling, and Maria Harter; three great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Stephanie, and Michael; a brother: Richard, husband of June Wenrich; and daughter-in-law: Kathleen Ebling.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son: Warren W. Ebling, and a brother: Leon Wenrich.

A funeral service was held with Pastor Bob Smallman officiating. Interment was in the Swamp Cemetery.
