William Brenner, 76, worked at Rohrer’s Quarry, enjoyed travel, NASCAR, baseball

William Brenner, 76, of Ephrata, passed away Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017, at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.

He was born in Reading to the late Margaretta Brenner, and was the husband of the late Irene (Goshert) Brenner, who passed away in 2011.

William was a heavy equipment operator for Rohrer’s Quarry and Lanchester Landfill. He enjoyed traveling, NASCAR racing, and watching baseball.

William is survived by three daughters: Judy A., wife of Donald Dietrich, of Akron; Janet L., wife of Joe Boyce, of Hopeland; Joan M., wife of Kent Bradford, of Akron; a son: William A. Brenner of Ephrata; four grandchildren: Ashlee Dietrich, Kayla Bradford, Taylor Brenner, and Janelle Christian and a great-grandson: Hunter.

They family would like to express their gratitude to Lancashire Hall for the care William received during his stay.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
