Cocalico School Board stops prayer at meetings
A new policy went into effect at the Monday night meeting, halting the invocation with which the Cocalico School District Board normally began their meetings. This follows a federal appeals court ruling that found prayer at public school meetings with students present to be unconstitutional. For full story, see page A9
