Mary E. (Cain) King, 88, Denver, mother of two, factory worker, accomplished seamstress

Mary E. (Cain) King, 88, of Denver, passed away Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at Maple Farm in Akron.
She was born in Lancaster to the late Walter Valentine and Julia Frances (Ryan) Cain; and was the wife of George King Jr., with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.
Mary did factory work most of her life and was an accomplished seamstress.
In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by two daughters: Georgia Sheckard and Carol Hirneisen; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 12 siblings.
A graveside service was held March 5 the Fairview Cemetery, Annex, Denver, with Sister Dottie Almoney officiating.
